Legend: "GEORGIVS V BRITT:OMN:REX ET IND:IMP:" Reverse: A nude man forging a chain on an anvil surrounded by the names of the provinces. Legend: "TO COMMEMORATE THE UNION OF SOUTH AFRICA". Fitted with a ring and blue ribbon with a broad orange border.
