Description Journal kept by Daniel Paine of a voyage from Portsmouth to Port Jackson, New South Wales, in HMS RELIANCE, 16 Dec 1794-7 Sep 1795, to take up an appointment as builder in the settlement; and from Port Jackson to Macao in the PRINCE OF WALES, Transport, 24 Nov 1796-7 Feb 1797; and Macao to Manilla in the American snow LADY WASHINGTON, 4 Jul-21 Jul 1797, ends 11 Aug 1797, with transcript.
