Description A half-length portrait to the left showing White facing right in a dark blue coat with powdered hair and holding a letter. Mr White was said to be a tailor and a maker of naval uniforms. The letter he holds was supposed to be from Nelson, however, it is not addressed to Mr White but rather to a name beginning with B, although the inscription is now to worn too decipher further.
