Description Line throwing frame (see also mortar EQA0085.1). A wooden frame in two sections. The base section of rectangular shape, with canted corners, is fitted with a border of tapering wooden pegs on which the line for the throwing equipment is wound. A second wooden frame with three cut out sections and bordered with holes, fits over the base frame and keeps the wound line in place. Inscribed on two metal plates 'E BONIS INVENTORIS'.
