Description | 2nd edition. Single sheet, hand coloured engraving. Scale [1:9,050]. North is at 223 degrees. The chart is ungraduated and has a scale in miles. Land topography is shown in bird's-eye view. Estates and places of interest are named. The sea is decorated with ships and whales. Facsimiles of Napoleon's signatures are reproduced at bottom right. Pictorial map. The residence of Buonaparte has been changed from the 1815 edition. |
