Description Single sheet. Engraved. Scale: ca. 1:47 000 (bar). Cartographic Note: Variation shown 3 degrees 48' E. Graduated. Bar scales in statute and nautical miles. Additional Places: Charleston. Contents Note: Shows roads, buildings, boundaries and cultivation, Contains an inset view. Plate changes: Alterations have been made to Sulivans Island and the adjacent shoal and further shoals have been added to the east of Shutes Folly. The view has been worked up in aquatint. Other features: Printed on Bates paper. Border yellow, land tinted brown, wetland green.
